Weather is the one thing StokedMTB Sessions cannot control, despite our best efforts. In the case of inclement weather, participants will be contacted via email. The final "go or no-go" decision will be made no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time to ensure we provide the most accurate updates possible.
Every attempt will be made to run each session as planned, taking reasonable precautions for rain, heat, and air quality. This may include changing the location of a session if trails are closed due to wet conditions. In the case of severe thunderstorms, downpours, or unsafe conditions, a session may be postponed. Group events will run on the rain date indicated in the event description. Private sessions will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date and time.
StokedMTB Sessions is not responsible for sessions missed outside of the situations described above.

Private Sessions:
The postponement or rescheduling of a session due to adverse weather or trail conditions will be agreed upon by both parties. Requests for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may incur an administration fee, with the remaining amount refunded.Group Events Cancellation Policy
We get it—life happens! StokedMTB Sessions tries our best to accommodate most circumstances while keeping our events running smoothly. The more notice we have, the more flexibility we can offer when it comes to rescheduling or refunds. Our cancellation policy is based on the notice provided:
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
7 to 14 days before the event: Full refund, minus an administrative fee.
6 days or less before the event, or no-show: No refund.
Please note: Registrations are non-transferable.
If StokedMTB Sessions cancels an event due to low registration or other unforeseen factors, we’ll notify participants as soon as possible—ideally at least 5 days in advance. In such cases, you’ll be offered a transfer, transferable credit, or in some cases, a full refund, with no administrative penalties.

You are required to arrive at the designated meeting point punctually, fully equipped and prepared with the necessary gear as detailed in the confirmation email prior to the starting time of the session or event. StokedMTB will not extend the duration of a session or event to accommodate tardiness. Late arrivals will not affect the schedule, and the session or event will proceed as planned, with no additional time provided.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all your equipment is in optimal working condition and safe to use. While we acknowledge that mechanical issues may arise, please note that StokedMTB does not assume responsibility for repairing your equipment. If any equipment is found to be unsafe, we reserve the right to decline service to ensure the safety of all participants.
Your online waiver must be completed prior to the start of your session or event. Failing to complete your waiver may result in the cancellation of your registration and no refund will be given.
